Individual or group private sessions may be booked on or off-site as part of your vacation or for a special occasion - family reunion, birthday or wedding celebration. For anyone seeking personalized guidance using Yoga practices for chronic conditions and/or pain management we offer Structural Yoga™ Therapy and Integrative Restoration. Also on site is Roots & Branches Bodywork for massage, shiatsu and other body and energy work services. Visitors to the area consider take a look and book The Nook @ Inner Quest, our unique vacation rental (for one or two people) – a private efficiency on the second floor. Guests have shared how they enjoyed the sweet quiet and comfortable space. Book The Nook and receive the added benefits of participating in complimentary classes on any days there are classes during your stay, and fifteen minutes added to massage or shiatsu sessions.
