Opening its doors in 2010, Fusion Market quickly established itself as a go-to destination for those seeking an inspired blend of flavors. The owners, Pragma and Panesh Prajapati, previous owners of E&M Market, had a loyal following of local residents who counted on them for their weekday lunches and snacks, and happily followed the family to their new deli and market, conveniently located on Route 3. The new location was once home to a gas station and mini-mart, which was converted into the beautiful building that houses Fusion Market and a second floor space today. Fusion also offers outdoor seating and picnic tables in the summer months, looking out at picturesque Lake Flower views. Over the years, Fusion has gained a reputation for its diverse selection of food, groceries, and craft beer, and regulars know they will receive excellent service (often being called by name by the friendly shop owners). The passion and commitment of the Prajapati family is felt within the business. They have poured their heart and soul into creating a culinary haven that resonates with the community. In a world where impersonal transactions have become the norm, Fusion Market stands as a testament to the enduring value of personal connections and genuine care.

Every Thursday their specials are transformed from specialty subs or burgers into a list of authentic Indian dishes, prepared by Pragma in the upstairs kitchen. 

From mouthwatering curry dishes, to classic favorites like Chicken Tikka Masala, the flavors and aroma of every item on the menu is a celebration of their culinary traditions. Both Paresh and Pragma are from the western Indian state of Gujarat, and the recipes they cook at Fusion come from family recipes back in India. Each bite is a testament to the chef's care and dedication to delivering an authentic dining experience that honors family traditions.

Even the staff that are not family have been at Fusion for years and feel like a part of the business. As a regular myself, I find comfort in knowing that they anticipate my order whenever I call. Pragma will laugh and say “I know…with ranch” as I echo her.
