Reconnect with nature and prioritize your well-being with Sensory Snowshoeing, a unique outdoor self-care experience inspired by the principles of Forest Bathing. This gentle activity invites participants to explore the natural world through their senses, promoting relaxation, playfulness, and a sense of community.
What to Expect
- Gentle activity on easy terrain (all levels welcome)
- Focus on sensory exploration, relaxation, and community connection
- Snowshoe or microspike rentals available (suggested donation: $5 per session)
- Runs in all conditions: snow, rain, or shine
- In bad weather, indoor nature sensory activities followed by wild evergreen needle tea
