Who doesn’t love Tall Trees? Take this FREE program from Dr. Justin Waskiewicz and learn easy ways to measure a tree’s height. Followed by a weekend long contest to find the tallest trees throughout the VIC’s 3,000 acres (by species). You will also learn how to pace a distance.

Participants should bring:

• a calculator (most smartphones have them)
• a yardstick/meterstick would be beneficial but any stick could be used
• a tape measure
