As thousands of troops return home from Afghanistan and Iraq, our communities must be ready to provide a safety net for healing and a springboard for launching the next phase of their journey, bringing our warriors and their families ALL the way home. To this end, Homeward Bound Adirondacks is a holistic decompression and reintegration approach for troops, veterans, families establishing a replicable standard of excellence designed to accelerate real results within communities throughout the nation.

The Homeward Bound Adirondacks model is built upon a foundation comprised of four components:  Trauma Resiliency Model; Soldier's Heart; Healing Spaces and Restorative Health.
