About

'Let's Talk About It' gathering has come about as a way to connect with one another and feel the strength and empowerment by doing so. So often we do not validate our own struggles or joys and shelter ourselves from being vulnerable. This is a space we can come together to share and listen to the challenges and joys that are coming up in our lives. We can realize that we are not alone and the true freedom that blossoms from vulnerability, connection and support. This open agenda provides the space for you to share whatever is coming up for you in whatever that resonates with you. We invite song, poetry, dance, drawing, collaging, painting etc. to be brought and shared!

We are grateful and excited to offer this in collaboration with the Hot House, enjoying the life of plants in the coldness of winter. Tea and snacks will be provided. Plant sales will be available.
